When life’s been so busy I rely on this little gem to cook dinner for me…This sluggish Cooker chicken Fajitas recipe is the simplified lazy model of fajitas. nonetheless all the delicious flavors without as much problem! Plus it’s brilliant for busy days so that you can come domestic to dinner already equipped!

I love Mexican food, but I don’t get to our local Mexican restaurant all that often. So, to curb cravings I make my own Mexican food at home! With millions of boards on Pinterest dedicated to food, finding a recipe is super easy! That’s where I found a simple recipe for these Crockpot Chicken Fajitas, and then put my own little spin on them and added a few things.

Tender chicken and juicy peppers cooked up effortlessly in the slow cooker

INGREDIENTS

1 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless
1 packet fajita seasoning
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Place sliced chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.

Pour the fajita seasoning on top of the chicken.
Slice up the bell peppers and onions and place on top of the chicken and seasoning.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve on tortillas with your favorite toppings!
